Case Studies

The challenge facing 4EverFit was how to deliver their personalized macro-nutrition training at scale. To help, we developed an AI-powered chatbot and digital twin capable of both delivering customized nutrition advice and functioning as a virtual influencer.

As a non-alcoholic bottle shop, the challenge for Botany was educating consumers on a new category. We developed a blended shop/bar experience where consumers could experience products in action.

For CFoam, the challenge was delivering an upscale client experience in an industry characterized by high-turnover. We developed an AI-powered training system that allowed detailers to perform to service standards, while also marketing value-added services.

At Citrus Bunny, we redesigned brand standards and created a two pronged B2B marketing campaign targeting cocktail consultants and casual dining chain procurement personnel.

For GG Lemonata, we conducted an audit of their CX and developed Standard Operating Procedures that allowed them to pursue growth via a franchising strategy. Additionally we created a journey management framework to support franchisees.

We conducted customer research to help Hook and Ring develop an upscale, but family friendly dining concept. Then we helped them put in place the Standard Operating Procedures necessary to scale their operations.

Another of our B2B clients, we helped ICEHAUSEN develop a go-to-market strategy for their artisan engraved ice cubes. Once that was “squared away”, we helped them develop a franchise system for growing their business.

Oasis Exteriors builds high-end exterior spaces for both commercial and residential clients. They came to us for help on their branding and B2B sales strategy.
